How to begin private sessions with me?
Personal consultation
It’s free. I want everything to be as effective, comfortable, and clear for you as possible, so our first contact is an open online meeting where we’ll discuss all your questions.
Payment and schedule
You can pay online or in person, and after that we’ll arrange your schedule for the upcoming month or a trial week.
Important: to see real results, you need at least 2 sessions per week.

We practice at a pace that’s comfortable for you and effective for your body, improving your physical and inner state, and adjusting the course whenever you feel it’s needed.

About me
Alina Kovrik
Certified yoga and meditation teacher
Yoga had always been somewhere nearby, but I stepped onto the mat consciously in 2020 — at a moment when my soul was searching for support. I was going through a deep loss, and it was the practice that helped me heal. Yoga taught me to breathe more fully — not only with my body, but with my heart.

Since childhood, I practiced gymnastics and stretching, felt drawn to Indian culture, and often reflected on the inner world. Over time, this curiosity led me to mindfulness practices, and eventually — to teaching.

I trained and taught in studios in Moscow, but one day I felt it was time to step beyond the familiar. Even though I always considered myself an ordinary girl simply following her heart.

That’s how I ended up flying to Thailand with just a yoga mat and a carry-on — on a journey back to myself. And it was there, surrounded by nature and new people, that yoga revealed itself to me in a completely new way.

Today I share what helped me on my own path — through Hatha yoga, Yoga Nidra, anti-stress practices, Karma yoga, and breathwork.

For me, yoga is a path to inner freedom, unconditional love, and the quiet peace that has always been within.
